Laminar flow transfer window is mainly used in biological clean area as the transfer of goods, the main application places: biopharmaceuticals, scientific research units, large hospitals, university scientific research, biological clean and application of various clean areas.
Performance Essential Requirements
1. Cleanliness requirements in laminar flow transfer window: Class B; laminar flow transfer window
2, inside and outside the double-layer shell, the internal arc around the treatment, to ensure seamless connection;
3. Laminar flow design is adopted, the air flow direction is sent up and down mode, the bottom is punched with 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate, and reinforcing ribs are set;
4. Filter: G4 is used for primary filter and H14 is used for high efficiency filter;
5. Wind speed: After passing through the high efficiency filter, the wind speed is controlled at 0.38-0.57m/s (tested at 150mm below the high efficiency wind equalizing plate);
6, differential pressure function: display filter differential pressure (range high efficiency 0-500Pa/medium efficiency 0-250Pa), accuracy± 5Pa;
7, control function: fan start/stop button, configuration built-in electronic door interlock; set ultraviolet lamp, design separate switch, when the two doors are closed, ultraviolet lamp should be in the open state; set lighting, design separate switch;
8, high efficiency filter can be removed and installed separately from the upper box, easy to maintain and replace the filter;
9. An access opening is set at the lower part of the transfer window for maintenance of the fan;

Laminar Flow Transmission Window Material Requirements
1. The inner and outer surfaces and frames of the laminar flow transmission window are 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plates, the thickness of the plates is≥ 1.5mm, the surface is polished, and the surface finish should not be lower than RA1.2;
2. The frame of laminar flow transmission window is 304 stainless steel, thickness≥ 1.2mm, surface polishing treatment, surface finish should not be lower than RA1.2;
3, laminar flow transmission window window can be used tempered glass, tempered glass thickness of≥ 8mm;
4, fillet: 304 stainless steel, thickness≥ 1.2mm, surface polishing finish should not be lower than RA1.2;
5, high efficiency filter frame using aluminum alloy;
6. The uniform flow plate on the air outlet surface of the high efficiency filter adopts 304 stainless steel mesh plate, the thickness of the plate is 1.0mm, and there shall be no burrs.
