operating principle
This equipment adopts vertical unidirectional airflow form, return air should be pre-filtered through primary effect filter to remove large particles of dust in airflow, and the air after pretreatment should be filtered twice through intermediate effect filter to fully protect high efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, it passes through the high efficiency filter to make it clean. 90% of the clean air is sent to the air supply box body through the uniform flow air screen to form uniform vertical air supply air flow, and 10% passes through the adjustment plate to be discharged from the equipment. All air flow is treated by high efficiency filter, so air supply and exhaust are free of residual dust, avoiding secondary pollution. Because of the stable single flow formed in the reworking area, it is trapped by the primary and intermediate filters. The equipment is equipped with 10% exhaust air, thus forming a negative pressure relative to the external environment, which ensures that the dust in this area will not spread to the outside to a certain extent and plays a role in protecting the external environment.
